4th Step miracle

I would like to share some quotes from A Course in Miracles (ACIM). It is easy to understand that you are either choosing the Holy Spirit as your Teacher, or the ego, and which you choose will determine the results. Remember many decisions are being made in the hidden unconscious part of your mind, hence the importance of a good house cleaning!

I choose the [thoughts and] feelings I experience, and I decide upon the goal I would achieve.

And everything that seems to happen to me I ask for, and receive as I have asked.

Deceive yourself no longer that you are helpless in the face of what is done to you. Acknowledge but that you have been mistaken, and all effects of your mistakes will disappear (T.21.II.2:1,2,3,4,5,6,7).

What hill are you climbing

What hill are you climbing to reach truth? In Divine Science there is only ONE! It becomes tiring when you are constantly climbing a tree that has absolutely no fruit. Often I see many people practicing all sorts of spiritual concepts. The one that works is the one that produces the real fruit. How do you know? Some times it is a process you are in, via trial, and error. How you really know is the peace, and grace that enters you, and fills you with JOY! Simple, seek out what fills you with deep peace that is not of this world, ask for truth. Most of all be willing to have your self cleaned up of toxic thoughts that produce ill effects! CLEAN HOUSE, SEEK GOD! Blessings, love, and light!

So you think you can figure it out?

As I have gone through another Earth situation, I realize how powerless I am to make something happen, or NOT happen. It is funny how I can think I can do anything in my own strength. So the answer is always the same, trust, and LET GO! The ego always goes in the direction of trying to figure out everything, and how it is going to fix it. I find this will only make you wiped out. When I sit and pray, and meditate for a long while, my mind empties, peace comes in, and the answers show up. GOD’S grace is perfect for all your needs, and concerns. Go by faith, not anything else. All situations are here so you can finally rest in your real HOME, and trust! Everything is already done, we are all merely viewing what has already happened. Relax, let go, it can be effortless! Living your truth

As a dancer and a spiritual coach, getting in touch with how to live your truth, and be your truth, is the big ticket to freedom.  How often do any of us find ourselves being at effect of others?  It appears as though many people give up their power to the external happenings.   As “A Course in Miracles” states: Ideas leave not their source.  In other words, however you are being affected is coming from ONLY you.  You make the choice in your mind as to how you will react.  You have, at all times, the stable power of peace in you.   All that needs to happen is to decide for that peace. I have been a student/teacher of “A Course in Miracles” since 1992.   The Course appealed to me because it is a non-dualistic system.  The reason we find ourselves reacting at all is the notion of the ego…or the illusion of duality.   There may appear to be two thought systems here on Earth, however, only one is true.  Once you are willing to recall your projections and understand they are all coming from you, then Truth enters in.  The more you withdraw your investments in this world of form and become unaffected when things occur, the more you are living YOUR truth. Another way to put that may be to say that you make a choice to not buy into the perceptions or judgments of others.  There are millions of people out there that want you to validate them…and their beliefs.  Sometimes people will get upset because you may not share the same idea.   Just living your truth means you release them and their self concepts.  I always forgive them, and release them to SPIRIT. Knowing what you are in Truth, and who you are, puts you in connection to your Creator, GOD, SOURCE…whatever you may call it.  Living your truth requires you to know thyself…for…there is nothing else to know!!

INNER PEACE

Real inner peace comes from the willingness to let go of the junk that has been in the way.  Inner peace is recognized when you can begin to do some real house cleaning in your thoughts. I find that inner peace already is…that it is the natural home you are born with.  The problem is all the negative thinking that occurs, and then all the negative behavior that follows. It takes courage to be able to take a good look at what I refer to as the ego’s thought system and be very honest about the motives behind that.  Most people do not want to do this, because it is indeed a purification process, and can be a dark night of the soul.  However, you can do the cleaning up now, or later…it will not matter, because all of us will get to it no matter what.   Once you are willing to go through the process, inner peace will absolutely shine itself into your whole being.  I hear many people say, “why can’t I just say I will let it all go, and let the SPIRIT heal my mind?”  Well, that is a good start, but it is not permanent.   In the 12-step recovery program, you are required to take a moral inventory of yourself and to admit to GOD, and another person, the exact nature of your wrongs.   This is big stuff, and not easy, but it works, and in my opinion, this can be a 100% recovery from life if you are, indeed, willing.   Once you can do this and learn how to forgive yourself, and all that you think happened, inner peace will be the result. Inner peace is an inside job.  Are you willing to do what it takes? Are you willing to surrender and die to your old self, so that your real self can emerge?   This is a transformation so worth going through, but I will not tell you it is easy.  It is not!  But the result is true inner peace…the peace of GOD.

REAL POWER

Your real power is the power of GOD that moves and breathes through you. Often, so many get confused when the word “power” comes up. I always like to refer to the very fisrt step in the recovery program, which is “I am powerless over alcohol, and basically over everything else in this world.” However, you are not powerless in how you react to what you think is out there.  When you turn over your personal power, you come in contact with GOD’S power, or whatever you may call it.  This is something greater than yourself.   This is really a spiritual experience that is beyond words or symbols.  It will not be something I will attempt to explain.   All I would encourage you to do is seek that which is greater. Even better than that is seek to have the blocks removed.  GOD, PERFECT LOVE, SPIRIT has not left you, but it can appear that you may have put up some blocks. The addiction to the ego’s identity can have a big hold on you. It takes faith, boldness and trust to be honest with yourself,  look at your own thinking, and then be willing to let it all go.  After that, then have it replaced with right-minded thinking.  I teach alot on the power of forgiveness and the power of even forgiving your own thinking.  Forgive others for what you think they have done.   Every person in your life is your salvation because how you see them will be how you see yourself.  Whatever you think they did is a mere aspect of what you do to yourself, or another person, or something you did in the past.  Jesus was the Master on this type of forgiveness. You are IN the world, not OF it.   Forgive this world, and everything in it, and come into the real power…THE POWER OF GOD!

LETTING IT GO

How easy can you just let things go? I know for many people this may not be an easy task. The real truth about letting go is the desire to WANT to let go. The ego’s thought system is built to hold onto hidden resentments and hurts.  One of the things I teach most is how to simply forgive your own thinking, and other’s. When I hear someone say that they find it hard to do this, it is because they really do not want to do this. However, there is always a part that does want to let go, and that is all that is needed for the process to begin. Start by a small willingness to let go, and turn it over to the GOD of your understanding. The result is peace beyond your understanding. You come from love. Anything else is a mere illusion thought up by the ego.  So….. forgive, let go, and be free!

Are you just being happy and living your life at peace?

Are you just being happy and living your life at peace? Are you living your life according to what you think you should be doing?  Often you may feel like you need to accomplish something in order to feel good or have others feel good about you.   I remember someone had said to me that I  should  accomplish something with my dance. I said “I already did, I am dancing”… period the end.  People think in terms of doing something in the world to satisfy something.  I am not saying to not accomplish anything. I am saying just allow yourself to just be, and if GOD MOVES you, then that will be made clear. We so want to play directors in this world. My suggestion is RELAX, do what makes you HAPPY, let yourself be led by SPIRIT, not the ego, or self will. Give yourself permission to let go of your ideas of yourself, and rest in GOD. Your life will unfold effortlessly!   BLESSINGS, LOVE, AND LIGHT,
